Email Marketing lead will be responsible for improving the conversion rate at different stages in the consumer life cycle via using Email Communication.
Planning and Implementing automated Email communication flow to increase engagement and conversion at different stages in consumer journey Defining clear KPI’s for evaluating the performance for strategies implemented Monitor, report and analyse performance to improve conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimise the content strategy and journey.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs and other aspects of email execution, as required.
Manage creative development of email templates/Content and landing pages.
Developing on product intelligence by executing A/B testing and other experimentations Experience with marketing automation, Mailchimp Good analytical skills, we expect data driven strategic planning for email communication Experience with end-to-end email campaign management Strong knowledge of, and familiarity with, email marketing best practices
