How to Cancel Your Subscription on TestGrid

This guide will show you how to cancel your subscription on the TestGrid platform. Just follow the steps below to access the Admin panel, locate the Subscription section, and choose when to cancel your plan.
Step 1: Log in to the TestGrid Portal
- Enter your valid username and password to log in.
- Once logged in, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select the “Admin” option to open the Admin panel.
Step 2: Find the Subscription Option
- After entering the Admin panel, look to the bottom left side of the screen.
- Click on the “Subscription” option.
Step 3: View Plan Information
- You’ll see your current subscription details.
- On the right side of the screen, click “View” to proceed.
Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription
- Click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
- You will then have two options:
- Immediately: This will cancel and deactivate your plan right away.
- End of Current Period: This will cancel your plan, but it will stay active until the current billing period ends.
Note: Once you cancel, your subscription cannot be reinstated. You will need to purchase a new plan if you want to subscribe again.
