Codeless Projects: Access Control and User Role Assignment Guide

Overview:

The project directory permission access management allows Company & Cloud Admins role to manage the access of the projects created in the Codeless section across different users and teams. This allows the Cloud Admin user to maintain access of each project created across the TestGrid Codeless environment to streamline the authority and access within the team. The below are the steps to setup the access for a particular project created in TestGrid environment.

Step 1: Login with your credentials and navigate to the codeless.

Step 2: Tap on Default Section for fetching the pre-created projects.

Step 3: Now navigate to the specific Project for which the access is needed to be updated and tap on the below highlighted edit button to edit project configurations.

Step 4: Now, finally we can select the specific team(s) or search for the specific user(s) whom we want to provide access to, additionally by unchecking the option we can choose to remove access for a project for the same specific team(s) or user(s).

• Tap on update button to confirm the access permission changes and bring the changes to effect.

Now, the user access will be updated for the specific project based on the above configuration changes at user level
